Poverty in Africa

Poverty in Africa

Africa-based countries were divided into colonies among countries such as Portugal, Britain, France, Italy and Germany, with Portuguese seafarers stepping on the continent in the 15th century, which continued in various African countries until the 1970s.

The borders of most African countries were drawn by the colonial states on the desk table. This has led to years of internal conflicts and border wars in Africa, which has increased hunger and poverty in Africa.

Colonies always supported minorities and opposition in African countries, discriminated (eg, apartheid regime), which later led to genocide (eg genocide of Rwanda) in order to manage easily.

Although African countries declare their independence, most people still speak the language of the country they are exploited and live economically on them. In addition, "new colonialism" keeps these countries connected to colonial governments in various ways and increases their foreign debts with the assistance of the IMF.
